Do I have to use Momence?
No. Momence is our recommendation for most studios, but we also work with Mindbody, Glofox, TeamUp, Bsport and custom setups. We'll recommend whatever fits how you actually run classes.
How long does it take?
A typical studio website with booking fully integrated takes 3–5 weeks. If you just need Momence configured or a migration, it can be much quicker.
Can you work with my existing branding?
Absolutely. We'll work from your brand guidelines, photography and tone. If you don't have those yet, we can help shape them.
What does it cost?
Projects start from £2,500 for a studio website with booking integrated. You'll get a fixed quote after the discovery call, with no surprise invoices.
Can you build an app or add AI to my studio?
Yes, that's our background. We build branded studio apps, AI assistants that answer client questions and take bookings, and automations between Momence and your other tools. Start with the website or jump straight to the bigger stuff; either way it's the same team.
Will I be able to edit things myself?
Yes. Timetables, pricing and offers live in Momence which you control. For page content, we set you up with a simple editor and a short walkthrough.
